Morris W. Adams 90 of Clinton passed away at 1:30am on Jan 30, 2011
in his residence. He was born Aug 3, 1920 in Lyford to Riley Adams
and Edith Jones Adams. He was a U.S. Navy WWII Veteren and served on
the USS Gardiners Bay AVP-39 Ship. He was a Coal Miner and a
Operating Engineer. He was a member of the United Mine Workers
District 11 and the Operating Engineers #841. He was a member of

Department and a member of the Lyford Water Works.
He is preceded in death by is parents, his first wife Lois Faye
Adams in 1970, his second wife Mary Della Adams in 1989, and his
third wife Doris Jean Adams in 2007. Also, a daughter Carol Faye
Russell, grandson Mark Russell, daughters by marriage; Sue Ann

He is survived by one son Don & Patty Adams of Lyford, daughters by
marriage; Paula Shoaff, Ginger Corado, Carol Sanquenetti and Patty
Jakowczyk. Also, sons by marriage; Terry, Stan & Steve Rukes and
John Reed. One brother David & Dorothy Adams of Terre Haute.
Grandchildren: Mindy Pusateri and husband Tony, Jeff Russell, Brian
Russell, Brad Russell, Jim Adams, Jon Adams and Jo Ann Dellinger.
Also, many great grand and great great granchildren and several
nieces and nephews. Many loving and loved extended family and friends.
