Morgan Dee Evans passed away the 30th of November, 2022.

Dee was born on February 21, 1933, in Ogden, Utah. He was the child of Anina Louisa Pectol and David Morgan Evans. He attended Washington Terrance Grade School and Junior High and graduated from Weber High School in 1951.

After graduation, he joined the US Navy and proudly served during the Korean War. Thereafter he served a mission in Calgary, Canada. After coming home from his mission, Dee was married to his sweetheart, Carol in the Logan Temple in 1959 (they were married 62 years). Carol and Dee moved to Salt Lake City where they lovingly adopted their three children, Doug, Karen and Holly. They moved to Grand Junction, Colorado in 1975. There Dee continued to work for the FAA. They lived there until 1988 when Dee was trans-ferred to Boise, Idaho.

Dee and Carol loved their family and were blessed with three children: Doug Evans – Mesa, Colorado; Karen (Adriaan) van de Rijken – Midlothian, Virginia; Holly Cawley – Boise, Idaho.

Words that remind us of our dad: Patient, Loving, Selfless, Understanding, Listening Ear, hardworking, Spiritual, Example, Best Friend, Positive, Kind, Compassionate, Funny, Insightful, Prayerful and so much more. We loved him because he was ours.
