Garcia of Alamogordo, NM, DeAndra Acosta, Bobbie Sanchez, Melinda Acosta and Vanessa Montgomery of Artestia, NM; mother, Lucia J. Delgado Moya of Alamogordo, NM; brother Esquiel Moya of Tularosa, NM, sister Delfina Moya Brewer and husband Sonny of Foley, AL; nieces, Jennifer Drake, Sarah Melendez, Alicia Moya; nephews, Christopher Moya, Rene Melendez, Gilley Petersen, Esquiel Moya, Jr and Isaiah Moya.
