Molly Morro (Consiglio) Trotta, 89, of 100 Pratt Road, Clinton, passed away Nov. 5, 2010 in The Watrous House, Madison. She was the widow of John M. Trotta and was a former resident of 339 Eastern St., New Haven. Born in Hamden Oct. 9, 1921, she was the daughter of the late Angelo and Gelsomina Travigliano Morro. She is survived by one daughter, Donna Geremia of Clinton, with whom she resided; one son, John A. (Donna) Trotta of West Haven; a brother, Joseph Morro of North Haven; two sisters, Ann Francis and Lillian (Andrew) Amarante, both of Hamden; three grandchildren, Shaleen (Doug) Spaeth, Matthew and Steven (Kristin) Trotta; and three great grandchildren, Christopher Lawlor, Jonathan & Zachary Spaeth. She was predeceased by her first husband, Joseph “Whitey” Consiglio; three sisters, Margaret Onofrio, Annette Melotto and Penny Lewin; and a grandson, Daniel Trotta.
