Mollie Grooms Bryant, 94, of Stilson passed away at her home on May 7th, 2022, after an extended illness. Mollie was surrounded by her loving family.
The long time Bulloch County native retired after many years with Georgia Southern College. Mollie loved to travel all over the United States with Excursions Unlimited and her traveling friend, Waunetta Dominy. She also loved to be outdoors enjoying the sunshine while walking and working in her beautiful garden.
She is survived by her son, Lyndon Lance (Tonya) Bryant of Marathon ,Fl.; her sister Annette (Bruce) Stokes of Stilson; her granddaughter Elizabeth (Gregg) Myrup; great-granddaughter Lera Myrup of Marathon, Fl.; special nieces Lisa (Michael) Strickland and Joy Tucker of Stilson; and many more nieces and nephews.
A special thank you is extended to the nursing staff at Kindred Hospice. Mollie was also well cared for and loved by individual caregivers Liz O’Neal, Mary Mosley and Charlotte Patterson.
