It is with profound sorrow that we announce the passing of Mirla Betancourt Garcia on Friday, January 28, 2022. She was 85. Mirla is survived by her daughter, Millie Gonzalez, her son-in-law Mario Gonzalez, nephew Jose Luis Felipe and nieces Emma Maria Bowman, Barbara Leon, and Rosa Maria Parra. She was predeceased by her husband Gilberto C. Garcia and sisters Emma Betancourt and Amalia Hernandez.
