Miriam “Jeanette” Davis, 88, a long time resident of Anderson passed on to be with her Lord Jesus in Heaven, Thursday the 21st of February 2013.
She was born on the 23rd of January 1925 in Indianapolis and resided most of her life in Anderson. She held a great job as Housewife and Mom. She loved to travel just a little back in the days, jigsaw puzzles, read her Bible and Christian romance novels, sew, cook, and bake some yummy stuff. She enjoyed her church and the activities she was involved in. She was the sweetest lady ever and would always say a prayer for others.
She is survived by her daughters, Rebecca Mills and Cheryl Mills of Anderson, sister Betty Showalter, grandchildren, Janie Ives, Ariana and Kyle Evans of Colorado Springs, Colorado, several nieces and nephews and her close friends.
She was preceded in death by her second husband Sweet William Davis, her first husband Richard S. Mills and her parents and three brothers.
