Minerva Rosenberg (Goldsher), age 88, formally of Bethesda MD, passed away at The Sterling Aventura, Aventura FL on Wednesday, February 15, 2017. She was the wife of Gilbert Rosenberg who passed away in 2016.

Born in Athol, MA, she was the daughter to the late Harry and Selma Goldsher.

She graduated from Bryant College and later went on to work at The School of Public Health at Harvard University in Boston, MA. She then worked for WJLA-TV in Washington DC for many years.

Minerva was an artist and an author with her book “Spinoza and My Friend Janey” being published in 2015. She was a former member of Congregation Beth El in Bethesda, MD.

Minerva is survived by; son Dr. Jeffrey Rosenberg and his wife Joni; daughter Lisa Rosenberg and her husband Thomas Kitts; grandchildren Elijah Rosenberg, Hayley Gordin, Julia Gordin, and Ellis Rosenberg, and her brother Marvin Goldsher and his wife Maxine of Chicago IL.
