HICKS, SR.DURHAM Mr. Milton Floyd Hicks, Sr., 74, of Durham, died on Tuesday, September 27, . Hicks was a native and lifelong resident of Durham, the son of the late Millard Calvin Hicks and Cora Mae Ellis Hicks. His career started at Freedmans clothing store in Durham and continued with Shoe Show Inc., where he served as Vice-President of the corporation. He was a member of Faith Baptist Church and a member of the Gideon’s International, North Durham Camp. He was preceded in death by his 1st wife, Judith Fletcher Hicks, brother, Raymond Hicks and sister, Dorothy is survived by his wife, Sandra Hawkins Walker Hicks, three sons, Floyd Hicks, Jr.
