Mildred F. “Mickey” Stever, 92, of Quakertown, died May 17, 2014. She was married to the late Linford D. Stever. Born in Washington Township, she was a daughter of Henry and Eva (Lynn) Frey. Mickey was a member of Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church, Zion Hill, PA, where she was a former Sunday School and Vacation Bible School teacher/director and member of the Church Council. She was a past president of the Altar Guild and member of the Tie Knot Quilters. She formerly served as a volunteer for Quakertown Meals on Wheels and the Quakertown Food Pantry. Survivors include daughter, Ann E. Stever, with whom she resided; sons, Dr. Gary S. Stever, wife Janet, of Quakertown and David A. Stever of Bethlehem; grandchildren Michael S. Stever, wife Jessica of Valley Village, CA, Christopher S. Stever, wife Anne of Antioch, TN, and Samantha L. Stever of Cardiff, Wales, UK; brother Calvin J. Frey of Palmer Township; sister Margaret F. Lynn of Bethlehem; and numerous nieces and nephews.
