Mildred “Millie” Edwards, 84, of Anderson, passed away on April 13, 2015 at the Monticello House Anderson surrounded by her family.
She was born on October 27, 1930 in Anderson, Indiana to Jonas W. and Kate Robinson. Millie graduated from Anderson High School. She retired from Delco Remy after 36 years of service. Millie loved flowers and enjoyed working in her yard. She also enjoyed times spent with friends and family. She was a member of the Markleville Order of Eastern Star, Salem Township Women’s Club and Volunteer at Community Hospital Anderson.
Millie is survived by her sister, Joyce Horner of Florida and several nieces, nephews and special friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, and siblings, Veda Dailey Sparks, L.G. “Robbie” Robinson, and J. D. “Jay” Robinson. The family of Millie Edwards would like to thank those at Monticello House and Harter House who helped to care for her.
