Mildred Lucille Ellington Ursery, 84, of East Cleveland, Ohio formerly of Grafton, passed away Thursday, February 25, 2016 at Rosewood Nursing Center, Grafton She was born in Taylor County August 8, 1931, a daughter of the late Joseph H. Ellington, Sr. and Marriah Lewis Ellington. Her husband William Ursery , preceded her in death.
Lucille was a member of the Warren United Methodist Church , Grafton She loved her church and was always involved in the Church. And anybody that ever came to her door met a friendly face and a helping hand. She was the buyer for Dillards, and was manager of the Cosmetics Dept. Lucille graduated from Kelly Miller High School class 1949.
She is survived by one brother; John Ellington and wife Laura, Morgantown, two sisters; Bertha A. Lawrence and husband Herbert, Pittsfield, MA., and Martha E. Barnes and husband Sandford, Surprise, AZ. She was loved by all her many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by four brothers and sisters; Marriah H. Ellington, Joseph H. Ellington, Jr., William R. Ellington, Francis A.
