Mrs. Kirksey died Sunday, December 24, 2017 in a Pasadena Hospital.
Mrs. Kirksey was born August 15, 1924, in Mercury, the daughter of Elbert and Bettie (Jones) Holland. She married Lloyd D. Kirksey, January 31, 1942, in Brownwood. She moved to Belton in 1993 and lived here until 2007. She was a member of the Belton Church of Christ. She was a Scott and White Yellowbird, a member of the Temple American Legion Ladies Auxiliary and the Beacons Senior Group at the Belton Church of Christ.
She was preceded in death by her husband.
Survivors include five daughters Bettie Tolar and husband Charles of Pasadena, Paula Hagan of Pearland, Jeanine Medley of Pasadena, Pamela Bonneau and husband Greg of Belton, Dianne Piller and husband Mark of Little Elm; 13 grandchildren and 28 great grandchildren.
