Mildred June Coffel, 84, of Terre Haute, passed away April 20, 2011 at 6:47 PM in her residence. She was born June 27, 1926 in Terre Haute to Carl Peters and Alma Neal Peters.
Mildred was owner of Coffel’s Greenhouse for many years.
She was preceded in death by her husband Jack Coffel who passed away September 26, 2010, her parents and her brother Jerome “Pete” Peters and infant brother Carl Edward Peters, Jr.
Mildred is survived by one son John Coffel and his wife Cherie of West Terre Haute and one daughter Susan Coffel-Bledsoe of Mooresville, Indiana. Four grandchildren Chris Coffel, Joel Huelett, Ryan Thompson, and Calvin Bledsoe IV. Also surviving are nine great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
