Sister of Mary Jane Horne Stinger-Rhoades and Janice Walls; grandmother of 4 and great-grandmother of 8. Mildred was the daughter of the late Alvah and Priscilla May Miley Horne. Also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends. She was predeceased by Alvah, Billy and Orian Horne and Alice Wilbank.
