Mildred Ellis Irwin, 96, Middletown, died August 20, 2003 at the home of her daughters in Middletown. She was born November 21, 1906 in Kokomo, Indiana, and resided in Middletown. She lived in this area since 1930. She retired from JC Penney with 20 years of service, after which, she retired at age 80 from Coopers Sport Bowl Restaurant after 20 years of service. She was a member of Ovid Community Church. She enjoyed sewing and doing crafts. She is survived by her Two Daughters: Eva Huntzinger of Middletown. Lillian Garner of Yorktown. Five Grandchildren: Jody & husband David Minnick, Gary & wife Helen Huntzinger, Gail & husband Wayne Tuckerman, Mark & wife Debbie Faye Garner and Deborah K. Garner. Also surviving are Eleven Great Grandchildren and Twelve Great Great Grandchildren. Several nieces & nephews. She was preceded by her Husband of 50 years: Joel William Irwin. Parents: Charles H. & Lillian Meriam Stuckey Ellis. Two Brothers: Raymond Charles Ellis and Donald Ellis.
