Mildred Irene Darlington, age 92, passed away on July 2, 2015 surrounded by loving family members and caregivers at Silverado Memory Care in Scottsdale, Arizona where she had lived for 7 years. She was loved there by everyone because of her sweet nature, sense of humour, and they were amazed she even kept her good manners of being polite. She was born (a twin) June 18, 1923 in Buck Prairie, Missouri. She spent her childhood in Lander, Wyoming being raised on a farm. After high school, she attended College and graduated with an elementary education degree and taught school for 2 years. She married Lloyd George Darlington on November 5, 1944 in Lander Wyoming. They moved to California and raised their 2 daughters mostly there.
