Mildred Danilevich, 93, of Forestville, formerly of Plainville, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family, on Saturday, April 7, 2012 at Brittany Farms Health Care Center.
Mildred was born on February 18, 1919, one of six children to the late Vasile and Julia (Bulda) Danilevich. She was raised in Plainville, moving to Forestville in her later years. She owned and operated Mildred’s Beauty Salon in Bristol for over 40 years, and traveled extensively, seeing most of the world and making many friends along the way.
She is survived by her sister, Mary Jadick and her husband, Thomas of Forestville; her niece, Elaine Cyr and her husband, John, and their daughter, Michele, all of Plainville.
She was predeceased by her brothers, Gus, Joseph, Paul, and Michael Danilevich.
Honoring Mildred’s wishes, her family will celebrate her life privately.
