Mildred B. Harbin, age 98 of Fort Walton Beach, Fl. Passed away in a local nursing home on Monday, May 20, 2013. She was born on May 18, 1915, in Leon County, Fl. To John P. and Mary Leila Billingsley. She had been a resident of the local area since moving here in 1956 from Tallahassee, Fl. She worked in the Civil Engineering Sq.
She was preceded in death by her Parents, husband Ralph Harbin, all her sisters and brothers. She is survived by her son; David McGee of Fort Walton Beach, Fl. Daughter; Patricia Saltzman of Alexandria, La. Four Grandchildren and numerous Great and Great Great Grandchildren.
