Mickey Orin Gray, 67, of Boise, passed away of natural causes Sunday, December 7, 2008 at his home.
Mickey was born on December 15, 1940 in Gooding, Idaho to Ernest Orin Gray and Dorothy J. Pruett. Mickey attended various schools, as his father moved a good deal, following construction jobs. At the age of ten, Mickey was in an auto accident, which resulted in the loss of his leg.
After graduating from high school, Mickey returned to Boise and worked for several years for the Meridian Parks & Recreation Department until he suffered a stroke and retired.
Mickey is preceded in death by his parents; and his sister, Loretta. He is survived by his sister, Linda Luther and her husband Jack; daughter, Gayla Gray and her daughter Amanda; son, John Gray and his wife, Pamela, and their children, Kristina, Michael and Cassandra; and daughter, Erina Gray and her daughter Nicole.
