Michelle Yvonne Boreas, 53, of Spotswood, passed away on Wednesday, April 19, 2023 at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital after an extended illness.
Born in Prince Edward Island, Canada, Michelle came to the United States at an early age and was raised in Sayreville and East Brunswick before settling in Spotswood in the mid-2000s. She worked as a bartender for many years at the former Cambridge Inn of Spotswood and Lory’s Lakeside of North Brunswick.
Predeceased by her parents, Willem and Josephine Boreas, she is survived by her daughters, Bobbie Opitz and Samantha Opitz and her fiancé Cameron DeMarco; her son Paul Boreas, her brother Andre Boreas, and; her grandchildren Giovanni, Ava and Makayla DeMarco.
