Michelle Renee Slagley, 58, of Summit, passed away November 20, 2021. Michelle was born December 1, 1962, in Decatur, Illinois. Michelle is preceded in death by her parents, Larry Duane Kester and Janis Renee Kester. Michelle is also preceded by her grandmother and grandfather.
Michelle was a mother, wife, and homemaker. Her infectious smile and laugh made everyone feel welcomed. She loved to talk to everybody and anybody. She enjoyed baking chocolate cakes for her husband, Tony Slagely, and watching her favorite show, Little House on the Prairie, with her pet chihuahua named Kiki. Tony will forever cherish her beautiful green eyes, infectious smile, and all the jokes they used to poke at each other.
She is survived by her husband; Tony Slagley of Summit, her children; Sonya of South Carolina, Christian of Harrison, and her stepson Dewayne. She is also survived by her Uncle Joe Kester and his son Ken Kester.
