Michelle Marie Roberts Payne, 37, went to be with the Lord peacefully, on February 9, 2015.
She was born October 11, 1977 in Charlotte, North Carolina and was the daughter of Donald and Sandra K. Roberts. She attended West Mecklenburg High School and Central Piedmont Community College. Michelle followed her passion in fashion merchandising and was a wonderful mother of four beautiful children. She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Betty Schweitzer.
In addition to her husband, Jimmy Payne, she is survived by her daughters, Kayla, 18, Abby, 15 and baby Hope, 1 ½ and her father, Frank Burchett; son, Noah, 12; siblings, Donnie, Melissa and Christopher; grandmother, Dorothy G. Roberts; nieces and nephews, Katelyn, Ariel Christalee, Adam and Ashton. Michelle is also survived by her uncles, Ronald Roberts, Chester Kozlowzki, Danny Kozlowski, David Kozlowski and Stevie Kozlowski; and by her cousins, Misty Roberts and Ronnie Roberts.
