On Tuesday, October 11th, 2022, Michelle Deneen (Pritzl) Wood, loving wife, sister and mother, passed away at the age of 64.
Michelle was born on January 1st, 1958, in Ontario, OR, and was the New Year’s baby of that year. She was the oldest child of Robert and Patricia Pritzl. Michelle grew up in New Plymouth, ID, and graduated from New Plymouth High School in 1976.
Michelle was very active in High School with activities such as Drill Team Captain, Cheerleading, and Volleyball. She also loved music and was in the Swing Choir, regular chorus, and made All-State Honor Choir in her Senior Year. She met her husband Bruce Wood while attending New Plymouth High School. They were married June 3rd, 1977. While Bruce was attending Boise State University, they lived in Boise and then shortly thereafter moved to Challis. In 1983, they moved back to Boise, where they purchased a home and raised their two children, Bailey and Cam. Michelle was a devoted mother and a wonderful homemaker.
Michelle was preceded in death by her father Robert and her mother Patricia. She is survived by her husband Bruce, son Cam (Beth), daughter Bailey, sisters Zanni (Tom) and Kitty (Joe), nieces Mindy (Jeremy) and Lauren, and nephew Charlie (Melissa).
