WALLINGFORD – Michelle Anne Heineman (Regan) passed away Monday, May 16, 2011 with her loving husband and daughters by her side. Michelle was born September 25, 1964 in Groton. She graduated Fitch High School in Groton, and later obtained a degree in finance from the University of Connecticut. Michelle worked for the State of Connecticut as a fiscal officer with the Department of Corrections and later as a Fiscal Assistant Manager at the Department of Banking. During her twenty years with the state, Michelle took ten years off to raise her daughters, whom she loved wholly and completely and were the center of her life.
