Michelle Ann Thompson died July 13, 2018 in her home with her daughter, Richelle, by her side.
Michelle was a Colorado native, born February 8, 1977, in Colorado Springs. She was the oldest of four and leaves behind her brother Richard Thompson and her two sisters Jennifer (Dave) Rowe, and Rebecca (Jeff) Million.
Michelle’s greatest loves in life were her children Larz (Brittany) Lofquist, Richelle Lofquist, Ariah Konnecke and Joey (Melvin Joseph) Konnecke and her grandson Zyus. Family was very important to Michelle, blood family and chosen family. She is survived by her mother Linda Ley and her two fathers Dennis Thompson and Steve Ley, grandparents Glenn Sorensen and Genevieve Thompson and numerous Aunts, Uncles and Cousins, along with too many friends that became family to list.
Michelle had found a job she loved, being a project manager for a roofing company, especially climbing on roofs. She loved to be outdoors from the time she was a child and that never changed. Michelle was also one of the Denver Bronco’s biggest fans, which explains why her favorite colors are orange and blue.
A memorial fund has been set up at ENT Federal Credit Union.
