Michal Marie Walker Bell, 46, Pendleton, adoring, devoted and loving mother and wife, loyal daughter, sister and friend, and a faithful servant of Christ, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, September 18, 2010 after an extended illness. She graced this world with her arrival on October 19, 1963.
Left to cherish her memory are her husband, David; son, Alex and Nathan at home, and Jon & wife Tara Whipple of Anderson; her mother, Doris & husband Tony Moss; father, Michael & wife Sandy Walker; also father-in-law & mother-in-law, Walter and Carole Bell of Anderson. Also surviving are sisters, Terri Best Steve, Corrine Wright David, Toni Shuck Jeff, Charisse Sommers Kevin; brothers, Greg Alexander Julie, Steve Moss Dean, Gregg Moss Traci; sister-in-law, Stephanie McGuire Jim as well as countless nieces and nephews and friends, especially the [email protected]
She was preceded in death by her brother, Antonio Moss, Jr. Michal was a lifelong resident of the Pendleton area. She graduated from Pendleton Heights High School. Michal worked as a substitute teacher and volunteered many hours in her children’s school, Pendleton Elementary. Michal attended and was very active in her church, Fall Creek Christian Church in Pendleton.
Her selfless and deeply loving heart and passion for life and her family have been an inspiration to all who have had the privilege of being touched by her. She leaves a legacy of love and compassion, and her influence will continue to bring beauty to this world. Michal was so very appreciative of all the love and prayers that were showered on her and her family during this time in their lives.
