Michael Wayne Stowers, 53, of Summitville, died Saturday, July 6, 2019 at Community Hospital in Anderson.
Michael was born on June 26, 1966 in Marion, Indiana, son of Byron L. Stowers and the late Linda D. (Hill) Stowers. He graduated from Madison-Grant High School in 1984.
Michael was self-employed working in antiques and collectibles and attended Fairmount Baptist Church.
Michael was a fun-loving and all around good person. He loved his family and friends and anything to do with the outdoors, especially hunting, fishing, and gardening.
Michael is survived by his wife of 24 years, Leann (Butler) Stowers, and their two children, Jered Stowers, Washington DC and Kaitlyn Stowers, Summitville; his father, Byron Stowers, Elwood; three brothers, David Stowers and Charles Stowers, both of Elwood and Gregory (Karen) Stowers, Summitville.
Michael was preceded in death by his mother and sister-in-law, Alessia Stowers.
