Michael Wayne Kotter, 38, returned back to his Heavenly Father on Wednesday, March 23, 2016. He was born to ViAnn Ellis and Wayne J Kotter on April 4, 1977 in Brigham City, Utah.
Mike graduated from Box Elder High and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of Phoenix.
Mike had various jobs but especially enjoyed his time working for the Utah Jazz, and being an entrepreneur with his Christmas light and anti fog businesses.
He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
Mike loved all sports and had a natural gift playing baseball in High School and College where he was an all star pitcher. His favorite past time was to play golf and collect baseball cards.
He was a wonderful son, brother, grandson, uncle, and friend.
Mike is survived by his father Wayne Kotter; mother ViAnn (Neil) Wadsworth; brother
Jayson (Selina) Kotter; sisters: Jennifer Kotter, Kimberly Marshall, and Kaylynn Kotter; his grandfather Don Ellis; grandmother Norma Jean Ross and grandfather Jay W. Kotter and his niece and nephews. He is preceded in death by his grandmother Myrna Ellis; uncle Kenny Ellis and aunt Kathryn Christensen.
