Michael Wayne Eng, of Salem has passed away unexpectedly.
Born February 6, 1962, on the United States Air Force Base, Manila Philippines, he then moved with his family to Salem, where he resided and graduated from the Salem Vocational High School.
After High School Michael enlisted in the United States Navy and served from 1980-1983 where he was Honorably Discharged with a License and Certification in Jet Engine Mechanics.
Michael was a loving father and grandfather to his daughter Cassandra Eng of Salem and her son Christopher Michael Parent-Boudreault, and son Michael Eng of Peabody and his daughter Aubrey Rose Eng. His additional surviving family members include his parents Harry and Constance Eng, brother Harry Eng, Mark Eng and Brian Eng. Also many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and good friends. Michael was predeceased by his brother Steven Eng. He will be deeply missed by all that loved him and were touched by his sense of humor, generosity and kindness.
