Mr. Howard was born on April 25, 1966 in Marrero, LA.
He was a 1984 graduate of Sulphur High School and a 1988 graduate of McNeece State University in Lake Charles, LA with a Bachelor’s Degree. He was employed with Waffle House, Inc. as a controller and Chief Information Officer for thirty years in Norcross, GA. He enjoyed photography, barbecuing and cooking.
