Michael Vince Alstott, age 66, of Indianapolis, passed away Wednesday, December 29, 2021 at Sidney & Lois Eskenazi Hospital. Born Sunday, May 1, 1955 in Indianapolis, Michael was the son of Daniel J. and Anna C. (Asbery) Alstott.
For 39 years, retiring in 2012, he worked in maintenance for Valspar. In his free time, he enjoyed working on hotrods and cars in general.
Michael is survived by his wife, Anita E. (Shepard) Alstott of Indianapolis, whom he married on March 18, 1980; his mother, Anna C. Herzog of Indianapolis; sons, Jeremy M. Alstott of Indianapolis and Michael Throckmorton of Indiana; daughters, Angela (Don) Murphy of Martinsville, Amanda Throckmorton of Indianapolis and Patrice (Dan) Franklin of Illinois ; Thirteen grandchildren; five great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his father, Daniel J. Alstott and a grandchild.
