He was a graduate of Marquette University where he received his Bachelor of Arts degree in 1971 and Bentley College where he received a Certificate of Accounting with honors in 1980. Michael later received his CPA license and enjoyed more than forty years as President and Managing Partner of O’Brian, Fitzgerald, Taylor and Keaveney P.C.
He married Sharon E. Tilburg on May 6, 2003, in Maui Hawaii.
