Michael S. Lingbloom passed away March 29, 2022. He was born August 8, 1958 in Sterling, Colorado to Sharon Pollard and William Dean Lingbloom. He graduated from Sterling High School and received an Associate degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Devry University Tech College.
He was married to Jana Wilcox, later divorced; he was then married to Janice Yeakey, later divorced; he is currently married to Cindy Critchlow.
He worked as a NDI Level III at Thiokol/ATK for 22 years and Hill Air Force Base for 10 years after retiring he worked as an instructor at Ogden Weber Applied Tech. He was the Great Salt Lake Section Chairman for American Society for nondestructive testing for 3 years.
He was a Christian and loved being a youth leader at the Brigham City Bible Church.
Mike enjoyed fishing, camping, hunting, duck hunting with family and friends. He loved to pick political fights on Facebook. His children and grandchildren were his greatest joy.
He is survived by his wife Cindy; mother Sharon Thompson; step-father Lloyd Thompson, children Cristi (Ray) Vernon, Shawn Lingbloom, Monica Ogilvie, Lisa (Josh) Berendt, Julie (Tyler) Valberg, Erin Lingbloom; brother Randy (Vicki) Lingbloom; stepchildren Shawn (Karisa) Read, Danni Read, Brad (Cami) Read and Laurie (Chris) Read-Parks and 22 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his father and stepson Jason Read.
