Michael Richard Martinez, 69, was born Nov. 1, 1952 to the union of Arcenio and Inumenia Martinez in Alamosa, Colorado; who preceded him in death along with his brothers Archie, Leandro and Donald Martinez; sisters Delmiria Lovato, Urcilia Auth, Virginia Kessler and Veronica Lovato. He is survived by his loving wife LeAnn Martinez; children Alicia Martinez, Joseph (V.) Martinez, Amber (Bridget) Martinez, Daniel (Michelle) Martinez, Adrian (Brandi)Arredondo, and his faithful furry friend Rocky; 15 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren; brothers Frank (Virginia) Martinez, Alonzo (Hazel), Danny (Helen) Martinez, and Gabriel (Bobbie) Cisneros; sister Rufina (Terry) Golkowski; sisters-in-law Irma (Milton) Cisneros, Carol Quintana, Kathy (Patrick) Valdez, Laurie (Michael) Montoya, Lita Martinez and Cathy Martinez; brothers-in-law Arnold (Marlene) Quintana and Dale (Sandra) Quintana; and several wonderful nieces and nephews. He was a member of The Fraternidad de Nuestro Padre Jesus Nazareno and The Nocturnal Adoration Society. He was a man extremely devoted and dedicated to his family and faith.
