Mike is survived in death by his mother; Donna Higgins, father; Chester Hoskinds, son; Andre Michael Hoskinds, daughter; Leilani Laura Hoskinds, sisters; Ericka Higgins and Shannon Higgins, aunts and uncles, as well as nieces and nephews.
