Michael Revotskie, age 68 years, of Plymouth, died Wednesday, May 4, 2022 at his home. He was the husband of Kathleen (Reilly) Revotskie, and the son of the late Nicholas and Gretchen (Fertig) Revotskie. Born in Staten Island, New York, on August 8, 1953, he was raised in Weston. A graduate of Weston High School and Curry College where he studied education, he was a record holder on the tennis team. Michael worked many years as a truck driver for P.A. Landers. He was an expert sailor and was knowledgeable about all things in nature, including the best spots to forage fresh mushrooms in Morton Park and how to navigate rivers in a canoe full of kids, dogs, and beach toys. He was an avid sports fan and spent years as a dedicated soccer dad, mentoring, coaching, and watching all three of his girls. When their careers concluded, he channeled his enthusiasm for athletics into the college football teams of their respective alma maters – the Clemson Tigers, the BC Eagles, and the Brown Bears. Michael had a passionate love of music and especially enjoyed listening to the Rolling Stones, the Allman Brothers, Stevie Ray Vaughn, and Leon Russell. He is survived by his wife Kathy and his three daughters, Alisha Garvey and her husband Andrew of Plymouth, Shaleen Peck and her husband Daniel of San Diego, California, and Melissa Revotskie and her husband Andrew of Denver, Colorado. He was known affectionately as ‘Bop-bop’ to his seven grandchildren, Lylah, Beau, Micah, Liam, Arlo, Aurora, and Kaia. He was the brother of Peter Ring-Revotskie of Mexico, Susan Revotskie of Williamstown, and Jill Junda of Chatham.
