Michael Panico, Sr. of Delanco, passed away Monday, September 22nd at home, he was 76 years of age. He was born in Burlington and lived most of his life there. The last 7 years he lived in Delanco. Michael served in the US Navy and was honorably discharged upon completion of his military service. He was employed at the NJ Transit Company and worked as a bus driver up to his retirement. In addition to gardening, Michael loved to spend time outdoors.
Michael is survived by his wife of 29 years, Shirlene (Nee: Carr) Panico, his children: Michele (Jim Baker), Michael Keiser (Virginia), Annette Gomez, Jeana Donaghy, Michael Panico, Jr., Matthew Panico (Fiancee Cari Ayubi), Michael Panico, III and Danielle Beckworth. He is also survived by his siblings and their spouses: Madalyn Yanchyshyn, Ester Juliano, Frank & Pat Panico, Anna & Joe Pennise, Sr., as well as 12 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren and many friends.
