Born Oct. 7, 1956 the only child to Harold Palmer of Oklahoma and Dorothy Slate also of Oklahoma passed away Dec. 20, 2010 due to health complications in Simi Valley Hospital.
He is survived by his two daughters, Toni Palmer from Hawaii and Tammy Boles from Bakersfield.
