Michael N. Glaude, 51, of Front St. died on Saturday, August 14, 2010. Born in Woonsocket, he was the son of Pauline (Crepeau) Glaude of Woonsocket and the late Alcide Glaude. Michael was a veteran of both the Army and the Navy where he worked as a metal smith. He completed his career with Human Resources for the Veteran’s Hospital in Loma Linda, CA.
Michael was a life member of AmVets, Post 2000, CA, the Knights of Columbus and the Disabled American Veterans. He loved collecting clipper ship models.
Besides his mother, Mr. Glaude is survived by a son, James Glaude and a daughter, Michele Glaude, both of CA, a brother, Ronald Glaude of NH, a sister, Nancy Beaudoin of Woonsocket, his caregiver, Eugene Girard with whom he lived, four grandchildren, Anthony, Oscar, Tomas and Sara and many nieces and nephews.
