McCurry, Michael A. McCurry Sr, age 71, of Shelton, died December 7, 2005 in St. Vincenta(TM)s Medical Center. Mr. McCurry was born in Brooklyn, N.Y. and was a longtime area resident. He was an accountant for Combustion Engineering and ABB in Stamford for many years. Mr. McCurry was on the Board of Governors at the Germania Schwaben Club where he was a longtime member. Survivors include his wife, Rita Bulkoski McCurry of Shelton, three sons, Michael A. McCurry Jr. and his wife, Jody of N.J., Walter McCurry of Trumbull and Vincent McCurry and his wife, Keri of Colchester, five daughters, Michele Dalvano and her husband John of Trumbull, Theresa Bryan and her husband, Paul of Stratford, Eileen Geier and her husband, Tim of Milford, Colleen Hough and her husband, Bob also of Milford, and Toni McCurry of Washington, D.C. two brothers, Richard McCurry of MA and Neil McCurry of Kansas, one sister, Catherine Kondrake of FL, thirteen grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents, Neil and Mary Rafferty McCurry and his sister, Anne Kobel.
