Michael McBride, 71, of Colorado Springs, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, June 30th surrounded by his family. Michael was born on December 19th, 1945 to Anne Speth and John McBride in Los Angeles, California. He spent two years at the University of Southern California and finished his degree in Physics in 1967 at the University of California, Irvine. To his dying day, he remained a true USC Trojans fan and was often found watching reruns of past football games.
Michael is survived by his wife, Judy, his two daughters, Katie and Shannon, and his soon to be son-in-law, Tyler. He was an exceptional husband and father – so kind, caring and supportive. While we wish he was here longer, we will always remember him with a smile and happy spirit and will live each day to make him proud.
