Michael (Mike) Mader was born April 21, 1933 to Martin and Maria Mader in Neu Futog, Yugoslavia, the oldest child with four sisters. He is preceded in death by his parents; step-father, Anthony Glassman; and sisters, Maria, Anna, and Theresia. He is survived by his wife, Juliana; daughters, Margie (Mike), Terry (Jeff), and Cathy; grandchildren, Michael (Maia), Garrett (Lorraine), Juliana, T.J., Daniel, and Aaron; sister, Eva Stampfl; and numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family.
