Michael LeRoy Evans, 58, of Clarksburg, passed away Sunday, September 13, 2015 at his residence after battling cancer.
He was born August 27, 1957 in Monrovia, CA; son of the late Marjorie Ruth Evans Collins.
Michael is survived by his wife of 26 years, Elaine Rohm Evans; two sons, Bucky and Raymond McIntire both of Clarksburg; three brothers, Lawrence “Joe” and Kim Evans of Clarksburg, Billy “Joe” Evans of St. Albans, Stephen G. Evans of Clarksburg; two sisters, Elena Rae and Chuck Sandy of Clarksburg, Wanda Lynne Harris of Ohio; mother-in-law, Joan Rohm of Clarksburg; one aunt, Connie of Clarksburg; several nieces and nephews; special dog friend, Max. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Brian and David Lee Evans; two grandchildren, Tia and Christopher McIntire.
Michael was a member of the local VFW Post #573 and US Marine Veteran. He was a former employee of Alfred’s Construction in Bridgeport; he liked hanging out with his brother, Joe.
