Michael Larry Webb passed away Monday, March 15, 2021, at his home in Newnan.
Mike grew up in Decatur, Georgia, and attended North Georgia College and West Georgia College, earning a bachelor’s in Business Administration. He and his wife, Dianne, married in 1979, creating a new family with 4 precious children, to which they soon added another cherished son. Mike was a wonderful and loving husband and father, not to mention brother, nephew, and friend. Faith and family were most important to him as evident by the life he lived.
He was preceded in death by his son-Jonathan Webb, grandson-Greer Jackson, parents- Nellie and Melvin Webb, and in-laws Willene and LP Overstreet. He is survived by his wife of 41 years, Dianne Overstreet Webb, children Chris Stephens, Amy Jackson (Eric), Margaret Mulkey (Tim), Jill Smith (David), 18 grandchildren, and 10 great-grandchildren, sister Ranee Webb Bullard (Larry).
Mike loved the military and family history. He was Commander of the local Sons of Confederate Veterans Camp. Mike especially loved his church and church family.
