Michael L. Post, 62, of W. Pike Street, Clarksburg, passed away on Monday, December 7, 2009 in the United Hospital Center following a brief illness. Mr. Post was born in Clarksburg on September 18, 1947, a son of the late Fred and Mildred Eagle Post. He is survived by three daughters, Christina M. Post Martin and her husband Michael, Mt. Clare, Lisa Lynn Post Griffin and her husband Lawrence, Stonewood, and Stacy D. Post Wetzel and her husband Chris, Clarksburg; eight grandchildren, Crystal B. Bruce, Mark E. Bowsman, II, Lexi N. Martin, Ambra N. Martin, Lawrence Curtis Griffin, II, Aaron Spencer Griffin, Christopher M. Wetzel, Jr., and one on the way; two sisters, Charlotte Post, DE, and Christina Post, VA; special friends, Karen Corder, Clarksburg, and Alice Croyle, PA; and several aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews. He was also preceded in death by one brother, Freddy Post. Mr. Post was a prankster and a joker. He was a spiritual man, very family oriented and was a wonderful grandfather.
