Michael L. Davidson, 62, of Oaklandon, passed away Friday, September 22, 2017 at his home. He was born March 11, 1955 in Indianapolis.
Michael was most recently employed as a truck driver for Premier, but he had been a mechanic and taught mechanics at Lincoln Technical Institute for many years. He was a talented musician who could play almost any string instrument, but preferred the bass guitar. Michael was also an artist who worked in many mediums including wood carving, sculpture, oil paints, water colors and sketches. He also loved riding motorcycles and participated in many charity rides.
Michael is survived by daughter: Ashley (Chun) Lam of Carmel; grandson: Ellis Lam; mother: Elinor M. (Cain) Davidson; brother: Jon A. Davidson; sisters: Sharon M. (Don) Literal and Brenda K. (Kevin) Forth and several aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his father Ellsworth A. “Mike” Davidson.
