He was a graduate of Lakeland High School and attended Troy State University. Michael was an animal lover. He was a kind and compassionate person that will be greatly missed by family and friends alike.
Michael is survived by his loving parents, Michael and Karen Shetter; sister, Lisa Robey and her husband, Scott; niece, Addie; and nephew, Parker. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins as well as numerous other family members.
