Michael K. McCormick, 65, of Terre Haute passed away Saturday July 18, 2015 at 7:00 pm in his residence. He was retired from the US Federal Penitentiary. Michael also spent 13 years in the US Army and was a veteran of the Vietnam War. He was born August 4, 1950 in Chicago, IL to David T. McCormick and Kathleen (Denny) McCormick. He is survived by sisters, Sharon Turpen and her husband Don of Sullivan, IN and Cindy Presnell of West Terre Haute; a brother, David H. McCormick and his wife Linda of Terre Haute; nieces and nephews, Michele, Melissa, Matthew, Aaron, Cody, Nathan, and Codie; a special aunt, Helen Mancuso of Terre Haute and several other aunts, uncles, and cousins.
