Michael Joseph Van Horn, 48, of Martinsville, died on Tuesday July 26, 2016.
He was born Sept. 2, 1967 in Indianapolis.
He was a graduate of Center Grove High School. Mike was self employed as a contractor.
Mike enjoyed mushroom hunting, painting houses, boating and being outdoors. He loved his children and spending time with family and friends.
Survivors include, his two children, Crystal Van Horn and Mia Van Horn both of Greenwood; father, William ( Carlotta) Van Horn of Martinsville; two sisters, Lora (Greg) Smith of Greenwood and Diana (Aaron) Acres of Martinsville, and three brothers, William ( Cassie) Van Horn Jr, Richard Van Horn of Greenwood and Matthew Van Horn of Kokomo.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Lyndal L. Adams.
